I have been attending classes with Nin for over a year now. I was introduced to Bollywood, which is a great physical and brain excercise and a lot of fun and great way to meet people. Nin is such a supportive, kind instructor, always focusing on the positive and works hard to make the experience "Amazing" for all of us.
She also presents a fun, smiley, fill in belly dance class.
For the last six months, I've also attended her Yoga class, which keeps me happy, centred and stretched for the day. She provides variations and options for any injuries and has a genuine interest in the people that attend her classes.
I've just tried her Pilates class and feel so good after it, I'll definately continue with this engaging, dedicated, kind instructor.

I love attending pilates class with Nin! She is such a calm & a serene instructor to be around. Her classes help with my flexibility and mobility. I say that walking out of her class makes me feel taller than my 156cm in height.
Being in healthcare, standing for long periods of time, her classes make me more conscious of how I sit and move, improve my muscle strength and balance. Overall pilates improves my posture & overall well-being. At the completion of the class I truly feel like a new person fully relaxed ready to tackle the week ahead.

Upon joining Nin's class, I informed Nin about my ailment. Nin provided appropriate exercises, which was very useful. Nin also provided a holistic approach to the entire body. This resulted in more flexibility to the joints in particular.
